West Stanislaus Irrigation District serving growers in Stanislaus County since 1920.
West Stanislaus Irrigation District is a special district of the State of California, regulated and governed by California Law and the California Water Code.
WSID was established in 1920 for the purpose of providing water for area farmers to grow crops in the San Joaquin Valley. WSID provides irrigation water to approximately 20,236 acres within its service area as well as 2,207 acres within the White Lake Mutual Water Company service area.
Our Mission
West Stanislaus Irrigation District is dedicated to providing water to its customers in an efficient manner and at a reasonable cost to ensure long term reliability of the system and service to customers. Furthermore, to work with governmental and public agencies to promote the common welfare of the landowners and water users of the district.

Please take notice that the West Stanislaus Irrigation District intends to adopt and approve amendments to the 2020 Northern and Central Delta-Mendota Groundwater Sustainability Plan. WSID will be holding a Public Hearing at the Westley Fire Station (8598 Kern Street, Westley, CA 95387). Anyone with questions or comments is encourage to attend. Attached below are links to the amended 2020 GSP and the Notice of Intent to Adopt Amendments to the GSP.
